How Should I Coordinate a Presentation by Multiple People?

Chandan replied | 13/06/2016

It is good to have different topic spoken by different people. So it would be easy for the 1st Speaker as he/she knows exactly when to hand-over the P'tn to the next Speaker (and vice-versa). The handover process should be practiced and rehearsed well by both or multiple speakers.

Anxiety before making presentations is natural. It is an indication that you respect the audience and want to deliver the best message in the best possible way. Use the energy to push through the first few minutes and you will be comfortable for the rest of the presentation. The only solution to reduce anxiety is practice!

Taking it too seriously and believing that you are 'supposed' to be fee form anxiety will make you feel uncompetitive. Once you accept it as something which is a part of the process you'll be able to deal with it better. And the best part is that is does not last very long. Moreover, I believe, its a necessary evil as it forces you to work harder and give your best in any job. Only an over confident person will not have butterflies in his stomach before a presentation. «less

Always keep your hands near your chest level, it should look like triangle. Keeping your hand there start speaking. Initial stage hands might move a bit but slowly and gradually you will see things are improving. Success chance simply 100%.

5. Begin step by step.
* first talk to a couple of people.
* then to a group of people. ( preferably in a friendly manner)
* give small demo classes to a small batch of students at any institute.
* Come to a larger stage step by step.

And more importantly: Be ORIGINAL. it will make your brain and heart support your words. Never carry any written notes to your speech, it will always distract you.
