It is really unfair to divide such a vast subject into 4 or 5 category. In general people who think personalitydevelopmentcourses are like teaching something, generally they divide it. I think people must understand that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to personality development. People who are planning to join personality development please stay away from trainer who has ready made solution which they think will fit all. There are many people from different financial, demographic, cultural or others back ground. They may have suffered something seriously bad in their life. The most important I think is the family upbringing. I think each and each student need customized solution to their problem. So student. Focus on return not on investment. It should not happy that you deserve 1000 but willing to be okeyed with 50 as you think 10 investment is good enough. read less

I agree with Mr. Mukesh Modi who has replied to this query, but unfortunately people who ever he/she may be from student to corporate filed everyone wants a classroom training, as they want to be with group of people, but why do they want to be in the group when they want their OWN personality to be enhanced....it should be tailor made to cater to INDIVIDUAL only....as a trainer I too find it difficult to convince the aspirants to come to take individual training as they want to be with a group....so in this way instead of enhancing their own personality they end up in 'COPYING' others and feels satisfied...very unfortunate... read less
