When I watch movies or tv series I sometimes mirror my favorite characters personality subconsciously.... ...more
When I watch movies or tv series I sometimes mirror my favorite characters personality subconsciously. Why do I do this? Is it common?

Of course , in our brain there are mirror neurons, which will mirror what the character in a TV show is doing.So its always recommended to watch inspiring movies.

My whole personality only comes out if people draw it out. How can I learn to draw out my own personality?

Which is more efficient way of reading self help books, reading them one by one or three to four books at a time?

Its not how many u read, it is all dependent about how much you understood and practicing in real time.
