Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.

Hi, I'm an automation test engineer and a certified s/w test engineer (CSTE - QAI). I work with databases at a beginner level but I'm planning to master working with databases. I'm interested in taking a certification exam as-well. I am not interested in making a career switch but want to add it to my skill set.
