If you are at oracle sql it means your fundamental knowledge about DBMS are very much clear. Now you should start learning PL/SQL, as because it will help to code DBMS in great detail and in effective way. Then you can use both the thing for back-end programming while developing any application.

You can go for Oracle Certified SQL Expert Certification and take up database administration. if you are interested in that line of work.
