The main difference between Oracle 11g and 12c is that 12c introduces a multitenant architecture, enabling multiple, pluggable databases to share a common infrastructure, while 11g does not offer this feature.

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back.
