I have 7 years of experience into IT Support (Windows & MAC), Active Directory (Accounts & DL - create / Manage), Exchange Client, Incident Management, Application Support. What is the best platform in can Shift. I have few in mind: AWS Devops or CCNA or Cybersecurity.

I won't suggest for AWS, Better try for Microsoft Azure, as you have a reliable Windows Background. It's GUI based like windows. AWS, Google and Azure all three have good demand. It would be difficult to immediately move to the cloud and that too with AWS at first. Instead, I would suggest trying for Openshift/Devops Administration if interested in a Linux environment because every application on cloud needs to move to "Container " today or tomorrow. And its very high in demand and then from there you can take AWS or as per your choice. Just don't go by what's in high demand.Hope it helps. read less
