It depends wat you wanna learn..& how much time you give.. Wat genre you follow.. You prefer single bass or double bass.. But min 3-6 months required to get basiscs & set ur fingers on sticks...

Its about the interest u get in urself.. Mean time as a time factor.. It will minimum take 3 months of regular practice nd teaching to find drumming quite easy 1.(beginner level)
