how can i keep my voice good and will not find hard to sing a song after several years..

As Mr Vinod said, there are some exercises, don't do it as an exercise, just casually when relaxing in a chair,start doing them.They are also called vocal tips.I tell my students a tip each day specifically for this same improvement which is most important than getting perfect in any song.

Do regular practice, do not change your voice pitch. First judge your scale in which you are comfortable to sing.. do no change scale again n again it leads to bad effect...

Use your normal speech voice when singing. Be careful not to use artificial voice just because you think it sounds good. Make sure there is no stress in jawline or nevk when you sing.
