Hi, I want to learn to play the violin, and I am not sure which violin to go for as a beginner. I don't have any local shop nearby, so I probably would have to order online. Can someone help with which violin I should buy?

First, ask your teacher which brand is good. I guess he is the best person to guide you better. And don't buy any instrument if you don't know anything about it.

You should always go to the store and check out yourself by playing on different acoustic instruments. Even if they look the same, the sound won't! Play by yourself and pick the one you like.

Violin has different sizes according to the age. If you buy from online, you cannot check the instrument quality. Buy only if the return policy is there. Otherwise, buy from shops only. Some good violin models: GB&A, Granada, trinity, maestro.
