"Vedesh is a person who is passionate about the things he does. And without a doubt, he transmits it on the mat. He really understands the meaning of Yoga, both in his classes and in his daily life. For me that is important when i am choosing a teacher. Both the aspects physical and spiritual are taking an important space and he adapts everything depending on your needs and your improvement goals. He adapts his knowledge to all levels and he take care about diseases or health problems, always giving importance to an holistic and self-improvement vision of the disease. A good teacher to enter or continue on the path of Yoga: Humble, warm and understanding. "

Since I am a midle aged woman with issues like diabetes and blood pressure, his methods and practices have really taught me how to control my issues through yoga. "I started yoga with Vedesh after starting and quitting in a few other places. The run off the mill, group classes were not for me and they didn't work for me either, nor mentally nor physically. I've been learning yoga under vedesh's guidance for over a year now. And his personalised approach to deal with what's going on with your body and mind really helps quicken the process I was looking for. He is one of the few patient and involved teachers I've had the pleasure of learning from. I highly recommend everyone interested to try out vedesh's classes. It honestly helped me through a lot of tough times and the progress is evident. Vedesh himself has grown as a teacher over the time I have known him and continues to grow as an educator. His methods over the year have refined and I see them to continue to do so. He is one of the minority of the educators who are in the business because they love it and love seeing their students Excel and thrive. I would 10/10 always recommend his classes. And even if they are online, the human element is never lost. "
