Old age People 50+
Selected yoga aasan and Suksh aasana and breath work twice in a day for 30mins
Will be sufficient
Office going working Womens Need Cool down Aasnas to balence Rajas Gun at least 30mins once
Inbetween of work 5 to 10 mins of breath work and 2 streches
Kids or who want Learn Yoga properly they have to put atleast one and half hour daily

1.Yoga is Medicine for the sick person having cronic issue they can start as bignner 15mins two times in a day that will improve healing power and make them capable of moving ahead.
2. People who don't have time busy schedule they required at least half an our to reduce there stress activate there parasympathetic nervous system
3. People who really want body shape up weight loss
Pcod cure they requires to do atlest 45mins to 1hour.
4. People who are alredy fit and fine they can do thrice in week 45mins to maintain there health life long with other activities.
5. Kids who want learn yoga as an activity they requires to do minimum half an hour 5day in a week .
