I hold a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) degree, which is a professional five-year program focused on Yoga, naturopathy, and holistic healing methods. Along with this, I have completed a Yoga Instructor Course from SVYASA University, Bangalore. I have also earned certifications in Nutritional Therapy from Lincoln University, Malaysia, and Vibration Therapy from Shridhar University, which have further strengthened my understanding of natural wellness and healing practices.

Over the years, I have specialized in Therapeutic Yoga, Wellness Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Meditation, and holistic healing techniques. I work closely with individuals dealing with lifestyle-related health concerns such as joint pain, PCOD, thyroid imbalance, obesity, stress, and emotional health issues. My sessions are designed according to the specific needs and health conditions of each individual to ensure safe and effective results.

I strongly believe that true wellness comes from balancing the body, mind, and emotions together. Through Yoga, Meditation, Chakra Healing, and natural therapies, I guide students and clients towards developing healthy habits, improving inner peace, and enhancing overall quality of life. My approach combines physical fitness with emotional and spiritual well-being to create long-term positive transformation.

I conduct both online and offline sessions depending on the convenience and comfort of students and clients. My sessions focus on personalized guidance, breathing techniques, yogic practices, relaxation methods, diet support, and natural healing therapies. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and motivating environment where individuals can feel comfortable learning and healing at their own pace.

Apart from physical fitness and therapy-based yoga, I also guide individuals in Meditation, Chakra Healing, and emotional wellness practices. I believe that mental peace and emotional stability are equally important for a healthy lifestyle. Through consistent practice and natural healing methods, I help individuals improve concentration, reduce stress, and build a more positive and balanced mindset.

As a wellness trainer and healer, my goal is to inspire people to adopt healthier lifestyles through natural and yogic methods. I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength, improve their overall health, and experience holistic wellness in every aspect of life. Seeing positive transformation in the lives of my students and clients continues to motivate me in my journey as a Yoga and wellness professional.

Will be sufficient 

Office  going working Womens Need Cool down Aasnas to balence Rajas Gun at least 30mins once 

Inbetween of work 5 to 10 mins of breath work and 2 streches 

Kids or who want Learn Yoga properly they have to put atleast one and half hour daily

2. People who don't have time busy schedule they required at least half an our to reduce there stress activate there parasympathetic nervous  system

3. People who really want body shape up weight loss

Pcod cure they requires to do atlest 45mins to 1hour.

4. People who are alredy fit and fine they can do thrice in week 45mins to maintain there health life long with other activities.

5. Kids who want learn yoga as an activity they requires to do minimum half an hour 5day in a week .

Keep your pricing reasonable at first, stay active daily, and be patient. Once you get your first few students, it becomes much easier to grow.
