I am a certified yoga teacher from the yoga institute from Santacruz east. Done 900 hours of Advance TTC courses and 200 hours basic course. Both basic and advanced courses.
Apart from that, I am specialized in weight loss,pcods, and pre and post-natal yoga. I am a personal yoga trainer and I go personally go home and teach yoga according to client timing. I am teaching for the last 5 years and also I take classes in Kandivali west. I teach variations of asanas, pranayama, and meditation also. I teach in Lilavati hospital and Andheri west. I am currently teaching offline and online in both medium. I focus on improving people’s core strength, nutrition and mental health.
