Yoga is also a Kind of workout...it depends on what you are practising.if you are practising ashtanga/vinyasa series it contains lots of sequence or poses you have to achieve which works on several muscles and also works on your strength and flexibility.and if you are a gym person and like to do weight... ...more

Yes you can...as you need lot of concentration,dedication and focus to perform asanas and meditation and the with help of practising yoga you can increase your memory power..
