We need to understand everyone is different.
We must respect it.
In order to work with someone three steps need to be followed specially when you have difference of opinion of any reason
1. Difference of opinion : Accept it
2. Mutualism: Apply and technique instead of Or technique. And technique means addition ,you need to consider the opinion of everyone and take best from everyone. Or technique is like elimination of opinion which can create quarrel or dissatisfaction so kindly avoid it.
3. Innovation : once you apply mutualism approach then innovation is by product

Hello, first of all, congratulations to you for your great hunger for success. I want to tell you one fantastic technique of mind power. You just sit peacefully and imagine those moments and scenes when you used to talk confidently. As per neuroscience, when you suspect something vividly, then you develop those habits within you. All great sportsperson and athletes follow the same system. Just try to recollect those golden moments of confidence and relive them. Feel those emotions again as if it is happening right now.
At the same time, start reading and writing the content you usually speak in job or business.
