1. Difference of opinion : Accept it 

2. Mutualism: Apply and technique instead of Or technique. And technique means addition ,you need to consider the opinion of everyone and take best from everyone. Or technique is like elimination of opinion which can create quarrel or dissatisfaction so kindly avoid it.

All great sportsperson and athletes follow the same system. Just try to recollect those golden moments of confidence and relive them. Feel those emotions again as if it is happening right now.
