Prep Institute

I founded Prep Institute in 2010 with the mission to create a space where children can explore their creativity, develop new skills, and grow beyond the boundaries of the traditional classroom. What began as a vision to support holistic development has now grown into a well-recognized after-school activity centre, known for its diversity of programs and a warm, enriching environment. For over 15 years, Prep Institute has stood by the belief that learning should be joyful, creative, and confidence-building.

We offer a wide range of activities tailored to suit various interests and developmental needs of children. Our regular programs include Creative Writing, Art, Craft, Music, Phonics, Spoken English, Chess, Gymnastics, Tabla, Kathak, and Bollywood Dance. Each of these is carefully designed not just to teach a skill, but to nurture confidence, discipline, imagination, and communication in a child. I personally lead the Creative Writing sessions, bringing my background as a certified teacher and a deep love for language into every class.

Our team of instructors is a key strength of Prep Institute. We work with 10 to 15 experienced trainers, depending on the current schedule and workshops being offered. Many of our instructors are with us on a regular weekly basis, while others are invited to conduct specialized seasonal workshops. Every trainer brings with them at least 5 years of experience, ensuring that children receive both subject-matter expertise and personalized attention. Our Gymnastics coach is a national-level athlete, and our Art teacher is an arts graduate from a reputed institution, while our Music and Dance trainers come with extensive performance backgrounds.

In the past decade and a half, Prep Institute has reached several key milestones. We have successfully conducted over 1,000+ sessions, involving more than 100 students in our courses and workshops. Our students have not only improved in their skillsets but have also received positive feedback from schools and parents alike. Many have gone on to win inter-school competitions in dance, drawing, music, and language, and most importantly, they’ve built self-esteem and communication abilities that stay with them for life.

We are particularly proud of our contribution to Olympiad preparation in drawing, helping children confidently take part in national-level competitions. Our certification programs and Olympiad coaching are designed to encourage excellence, provide exposure to competitive standards, and help young learners achieve academic and creative recognition early on in their journey.

Prep Institute continues to evolve with time, but our core philosophy remains unchanged — every child has a talent waiting to be nurtured. Whether online or offline, we strive to create a child-centric, safe, and joyful learning space that unlocks potential and instills a lifelong love for learning.
