As per my experience of teaching from last 11 years the students who came with the basic absence of vocals, they got really upset when the teacher teach them personally and it falls heavy to understand that knowledge of music as they didn't know anything about it.. So my suggestion is to Go with a proper institution (Near by you) for vocal singing as they can teach you from very start with a sur of Sa.... you can take plenty of experience and discipline about the music.. after taking 2-3 years vocal training in a good institute you will be easily go for the personal training for it.. then it will be very easy to understand whatever will be your guru will teach you...

Hello ashish brother, if you want to become a bollywood singer then you must have to learn a indian Classical singing for the basics.. if you are not intrested in that then atleast you have to join some sugam sangeet classes for atleast a good voice techniques... karnataka classical is very tough for that you have to get the basic knowledge of indian classical music... so now its your wish what you choose... but i strongly recommend you to learn indian classical music along with sugam sangeet... you will be the champion then... and one more suggestion i would like to give you that dont only look for tge dream of becoming bollywood singer.. but also you have to love all tge types of singing so that you can performe anything anytime and anywhere my bro.. so go get it on.. All the best..

Dear Tania mam, if you do not have an experience about having any vocal classes till now then as i am having a 11 years of learning music, i personally suggest you to join a good institute instead of going for a personal teaching coz most of the good and true singing gurus need a good basic knowledge of vocals atleast "BASIC KNOWLEDGE" to make you a great singer.. so go get the admission in a good vocal singing classes near by you and learn the basics atleast for 2-3 years with great learning and hardworking attitude and go ahead for the bright future of your voice... All the best..
