Good Morning , To a extend it will help you if you are good in freehand drawing . But it is not a completion . There are tools in Flash , Toon Boon etc where you can take a Drawing from Corel / Illustrator and use that file or trace to animate it further . Regards Compufield Computer Institute

Good Morning , 3d Max is a proper 3d modelling software , the tools given in Max made modelling faster and easier . Autocad has 3d options but time take is more and procedure is longer . 3d Max and Autocad are by the same Company Autodesk , so they want you to use all their software .
