I understand your situation. I always suggest my students take the benefit of social media. Make new friends on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. and initiate conversations. It will help. You can also join a spoken English group class if you want so that you can talk with your classmates. Be it your workplace or chatting wd a friend, always remember, the more you talk, the better you get.
For such situations, I tell my students to practice "SELF TALK" in English. Watch lots of English series and movies to keep yourself in the flow. Read articles and books aloud.
