I have been practicing and engaging classes to all age groups under the banner 120/80 yoga centre in Visakhapatnam. My main focus is to enable a person lead happy, healthy and pill less life.All y students are enjoying such life for the past 15 years. I have taught yoga in USA also. Now I am taking on line classes regularly. Yoga is part of life like breathing, eating and sleeping. It gives immense composure, balance, energy and concentration to students and increases immunity to elders. Life appears beautiful and positive to regular practitioners. In my regular classes I teach surya namaskarams, Bhutan yoga , yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation. regular practtioners will definitely appear 5 to 10 years younger than their counterparts.
