Hello, I am Aakash Sharma, a professional yoga instructor and fitness trainer based in Mira Road East, Mumbai, with over 8 years of experience in yoga, fitness training, rehabilitation, and muscle recovery. My passion for health and wellness has inspired me to help people improve their physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and overall lifestyle through proper guidance and personalized training programs.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Delhi University in 2016 and also hold certification from K11 for general fitness training. Over the years, I have worked with individuals from different age groups and fitness levels, helping them achieve their personal health goals through yoga, fitness training, breathwork, and recovery-focused sessions.

My teaching approach focuses on understanding the individual needs of every student and designing customized fitness and yoga plans accordingly. I strongly believe that consistency, correct guidance, and disciplined practice are the keys to achieving lasting fitness results. Whether someone wants weight loss, flexibility improvement, stamina building, rehabilitation support, or stress relief, I guide them step by step throughout their journey.

I specialize in yoga styles such as Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Thai Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. Along with yoga training, I also teach meditation, breathing techniques, pranayama, mudra therapy, and deep relaxation practices that help improve both physical and mental well-being. My sessions are designed to create balance, improve body awareness, and increase overall energy levels.

One of my major areas of expertise is rehabilitation and prehabilitation training for muscle recovery and injury support. I have helped clients recover from injuries by focusing on strengthening exercises, flexibility improvement, posture correction, and guided fitness programs. I believe proper movement and recovery practices are very important for long-term health and injury prevention.

I conduct both online and offline classes and work with students from different age groups, ranging from children to adults. My sessions are interactive, motivating, and goal-oriented, where I ensure that every student receives personal attention and proper guidance according to their body type, fitness level, and objectives.

Apart from yoga and fitness, I also teach meditation, self-defence, and Zumba classes to help students improve confidence, coordination, energy, and overall wellness. I enjoy creating sessions that are not only physically beneficial but also enjoyable and engaging for students so they stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey.

Being fluent in Hindi and familiar with Bengali allows me to communicate comfortably with students from different backgrounds. My goal as a trainer is not only to help people transform physically but also to help them build discipline, confidence, mental peace, and a healthier lifestyle. I am committed to guiding every student with dedication, positivity, and practical training methods to help them achieve sustainable fitness and wellness results.
