Click on the filter drop-down arrow in the header of the column, and choose the criteria you want to filter by. Select and Copy the Data: Select the data you want to copy. You can use the usual copy method (Ctrl+C or right-click and select "Copy"). Move to the Destination Column: Go to the column where you want to paste the data. Make sure the filter is still applied. Paste Special - Visible Cells Only: Use the "Paste Special" feature to paste the data into the visible cells only. Right-click on the first cell where you want to paste the data. From the context menu, choose "Paste Special." In the Paste Special dialog box, select "Values" or the appropriate option based on your needs. Check the option for "Skip Blanks." This ensures that only visible cells are affected. Click "OK" to paste. Alternatively, after copying the data, you can use the keyboard shortcut Alt + E + S + V + Enter to paste values into visible cells only.
