How do I change the text line spacing?

Select both the text line and right click. Then click on paragraph option. Make the line spacing to zero

What is exact number of days required to learn basic & advanced excel?

Practice will make you perfect. More and more work related practice will give me more comfort with Excel

VBA is an embedded part of Excel. No separate installation is required. If Excel is installed, then VBA comes with it. In fact MS Excel is a Microsoft Product and Microsoft is domiciled in US :)
