Shows the SmartArt button in the Insert tab 2.In the Choose a SmartArt Graphic gallery, click Hierarchy, click an organization chart layout (such as Organization Chart), and then click OK. 3.To enter your text, do one of the following: a. Click in a box in the SmartArt graphic, and then type your text. b. Typing in a box in s SmartArt graphic Click [Text] in the Text pane, and then type your text.
