0If you know the design of table. Then go to second steps:
1) If you type a long data in a single cell or some other data in next cell, problem arise that the first cell data is not showing clear. Then you must wrap the text or size of row or column
2) Do all the arithmatical calculation in excel as for example 2 in a1 (active cell) or 3 in (another cell) or you may do use equal (=) sign before doing arithmatical calculation i.e. =3+2 or =a1+a2
3) After doing all the calculation then we go for Function? What is function?
4) Function is nothing but it is predefined formula i.e = MAX(a1:a6) etc. that function are already inbit in formula tab.
