They are very expensive and they wont have time to focus on each individual performance, assess their strength and weakness and teach them accordingly. They will just give study material and conduct mock exams. Best way is to prepare individually without joining any institute

Usually such experience does not have any numerical value that is it will not give you any weightage. But during GD and PI this experience will be a great asset.
