I am a yoga trainer and have completed my education in yoga. I have been practicing yoga since childhood and have dedicated my life to it. I have learned yoga from different schools, exploring various techniques. With the right guidance, you can heal yourself through yoga. As a child, I suffered from several health issues. My liver was 60% damaged, so I turned to Ayurvedic medicine, and that was when yoga entered my life. Later, I was diagnosed with knock knees, and the doctors recommended surgery. However, due to the risks involved, I chose to rely on yoga once again. Although I still have knock knees, I am now pain-free and can practice yoga and even go trekking. After COVID, I struggled with my career and felt deeply depressed. During that time, I started practicing Vipassana. Now, I can confidently say that yoga heals both the body and the mind.
