I am professional yoga instructor.( hatha yoga , asthanga yoga, power yoga etc . For weight lose , fat loss , maintain fitness, special cases of backache ,cervical and any other problem of body ).
I am giving home classes and group classes . I am certified by ayush ministry of health ( govt.). I have pg diploma in yog and science and master in yogic science. I am professional yoga player (national medilist 4 times). I am also a professional player and instructor of rope yoga (national gold medalist ) . I am doing yoga since 2005 and giving classes as instructor since 2013( in schools, gyms and yoga institutions) in govt. And private sectors .
