Hi,
Try to think about what you want to speak and write in English instead of thinking in your mother language and then translating. Take small paragraphs with easy and simple English and try reading them aloud every day. It will improve your oratory skill as well as pronunciation. Watching a few youtube videos may help. Also, you can refer to Wren & Martin for Grammar.
