I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

In one word, I will say yes you can. But for that, you have to try and do hardwork and give sometime.
