I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Of course you will be able to do it. Much more than skill, will is important for me. Where there is a will, there is a way. Come and find your passion.

Start with Arobic dances and keep trying other forms as soon as you start feeling comfortable. I can guarantee within couple of months you will get back your forms and confidence.

Why not. First of all you should start with basic exercises and gain flexibility. Slowly start taking simple steps and keep adding more. Good luck ð???

Your skills are something that you will ever loose, don't loose motivation. Practice the basics daily and then once you again come in touch with your style, your skill will keep on enhancing. Practice it and don't loose hope and motivation.
