Hi! I am 28; I want to learn hip hop. It was my dream since childhood, but I never got the opportunity. I have now, is it OK to learn so late?

I would say there are certain levels of hip hop. If you want at this age, start as a beginner and let your interest decide, what level it takes you to.Beginner Hip Hop has significant light steps which we usually do at any party in pubs bars. So, it won't be difficult.
