For past 5 years, I have been imparting Yoga training to people of different age ranges and of different requirements. The goals to be achieved by regular Yoga practices are various such as general fitness, weight management, pain relief, stress management, protecting oneself from lifestyle related diseases and potential ailments etc. I aim to achieve the specific goals of my individual clients and ensure all round wellbeing encompassing physical, psychological and spiritual.
