Sustain: Sets the steady amplitude level produced when a key is held down. Release: Sets the time it takes for the sound to decay from the sustain level to an amplitude of 0 when the key is released.

Your question itself is not correct. A chord is when 2 or more keys are pressed on the keyboard. A triad is a chord when the 1st, 3rd and 5th notes of a scale are played together. e.g if C,E & G keys are pressed together the C triad (chord) played.
