Your question itself is not correct. A chord is when 2 or more keys are pressed on the keyboard. A triad is a chord when the 1st, 3rd and 5th notes of a scale are played together. e.g if C,E & G keys are pressed together the C triad (chord) played.

Initially you can do 6 major and 6 minor chords ! To learn them it is a 2 day time . To increase the speed you can do it couple of days practice !
