I want to be precise and to the point in answering your question.
First, judge and see yourself what all you need to improve. You can find it out by speaking in front of a mirror or recording yourself. Then work on it, it may be vocabulary, pronunciation, facial expression, body language etc.
Secondly, see a lot of videos, ted talks, interviews, talk shows and see how people communicate; I believe the more you see, the more you learn.
