Once you work on these two; understand your audience, and communicate according to the knowledge and skill set of the audience, avoid jargons—crisp and clear communication rather than beating around the bush. Develop the habit of rephrasing or re-clarifying. Most importantly practice these skills with conscious efforts to improve your communication skills. read less
