For toughest problems in IIT-JEE, following books can be considered Standard: Physics: Thoroughly solve HC Verma and if you are interested in solving more questions go for IE Irodov. If you want to start at a slightly lower level than HC Verma then take up Arihant Series of JEE physics books written by DC Pandey and then scale up to HC Verma and IE Irodov Maths: Thoroughly solve New Pattern IIT-JEE Mathematics by Dr SK Goyal and then move on to New Pattern Mathematics for JEE(Advanced) by Cengage Learning. Chemistry: Physical Chemistry: O.P Tandon or P. Bahadur either works , R.C Mukherjee and N. Avasthi in the order of increasing difficulty(O.P Tandon is easiest) Organic Chemistry: Dr. Jagadambha Singh, Himanshu Pandey Inorganic Chemistry: JD Lee(Theory), V.K Jaiswal(Best in business in terms of Questions) Apart from these books don’t forget about previous years IIT-JEE papers!
