Theoretically and infact practically infinite but I presume here that you are referring to spatial dimensions, and then it would be just three. If you are more interested in knowing other dimensions, you are certainly welcome..!

Infinite dimensions possible but basically there four dimensions called minkwoski space which include three spatial dimensions(space) and one temporal (time) dimension.
