Sir, first of all let me tell you that I'm a student and not an expert teacher. But still i have some suggestions as i have been taking caoching for last 1 year and there are some things that are needed to be looked when it comes to coaching Institute. There must be a friendly relation between teacher and student.I have so many times seen that teachers don't even interact with their students like, asking their names, or asking them about any doubts we have. Yes, I know that it's our duty to take our doubts to them and not theirs to ask but still if they will even ask it once, students will feel that the teacher is teaching them for their betterment not just money. Provide them with newest questions and concepts.Teachers should always try to give as much questions as he can to his students. Whether they be from several books, last year's, or some questions even made by himself. So that the students need not depend on other books. The teacher should time to time express and share. The teacher should time to time share with his students about his life experiences and about other students who have been very successful, this will be a motivation for them and they will work even harder. Take honest reviews from the students. One thing you can do here is to take reviews after every month or after every monthly test series. Ask students to give their reviews without writing their names. In this way, you will know what they feel about you and you can do all things demanded by your students. Well, I think these are some points that must be thought upon. read less
