Electro means Electron (charge) statics means in rest position
so we can say that Electrostatics is the branch of Physics in which we study about the behaviour of electrons in the rest positions.
Electrics charge produces electric field (E), magnetic field (B) and electromagnetic raditions
(1) when v=0 E only
(2) when v=constant E &B only
(3) when v does not constant E, B and radiates energy
