it really depends on what you really want to learn. do youwant for academics for for GT course. academics for educational purpose and GT is for people who want to apply forwork permits.

Well it depends on you but in my point of view, online classes will be more beneficial than joining any institute in person because they will charge you higher hence if you are comfortable in online classes you should join online batch of any well experienced tutor of IELTS.
