Sat, psat, act, gre,gmat, toefl, ielts -15 yrs exp. Princeton review, kaplan certified online tutor.

You can look into the mirror and speak on various topics or record your speech on different topics and replay those again and again and find out where you need to improve.

Either you have to speak looking into the mirror or simply start speaking. Don't forget a good speaker must be a good listener first...and you shall succeed..

It might be useful to pick a topic or two and make a presentation (atleast 2 mins for each topic) on the topics in front of the mirror. As you practice, try and reduce the time taken to prepare the presentation.
