There is actually a lot of material available online in form of youtube videos, podcasts, pdf, model papers and many other things but it is all very unorganized. You can manage to study from all these then you it will be enough for your preparation.

At home you can practice by listening to conversations, reading comprehensions and trying analytical problems. but if you ask me, a good mentor will go a big way to helping you with the process.
