To the best of my understanding IELTS is more straight-forward. There is no such thing as ' EASIER'. All bowlers are difficult. A great batsman like Sunil Gavaskar was bowled by Colin Cowdrey ( perhaps Cowdrey's only test wicket). So, this attitude of easier/harder is always at your own peril. But, IELTS has its own structure, is much more popular and easier to prepare for because of the plethora of resources and materials available whereas CELPIP might leave you struggling for even a simple mock test. read less
