1) I've been truthful and taken this job at a every less price that too without any profit. 2) I've agreed with the installment of payment that the client told she would likely to go with. Even though it wasn't paid in time, still the first assignment was sent before she paid the total amt for the 1st assignment. 3) Client asked for solutions of the project which was priced accordingly, later she requested for data analysis which was not clearly mentioned by her before we got into the contract, whose proofs I have. I've tried my best to satisfy the client & requested the mentor also for the data analysis although she wasn't clear about it to me. But then, the mentor was not ready to do it for free as it was altogether an extended work that will require him to move an extra mile. You may even check with the chat on Urbanpro about what did the request made for, I also have proofs of whatsapp. 4) I have returned back enough demanded money for the damage caused and have apologized to my best. It was an unexpected event because of the sudden catastrophic disaster which is still in the state, which definitely is a serious issue as it turned the city upside down just in no-time. For reference, the client may check the News. 5) Furthermore, the client herself has informed me that she is more than happy with the 1st assignment which was submitted to her in the given time. We have never deceived any client. We are sorry once again for the damage caused.
