Hi, You can take IELTS anytime. The validity is of 2 years. Before going for the test one must go under the training from certified & expert trainers to score better Band.

Speaking use SIRI version of smart phone which record your voice and assess you. For writing start practice of writing essay on the different topic of argument and issue based.
