If you are planning for Ms in USA then you have to prepare for GRE and TOEFL And for other country you have to prepare for IELTS. Score validity for IELTS and TOEFL is 2 years so better you start when u ll be in TE and GRE is for 5 yrs. so you can start when you ll finish with your SE

IF SUPPOSE UR LOOKING FOR FALL 2017 INTAKE U SHOULD B DONE WITH UR IELTS BY SEPT 2016. SO START PREPARING IN THE MONTH OF JUNE WHEN U GET VACATIONS AFTER UR 6TH SEM EXAM IF U R IN LAST YEAR IT TAKES ONE MONTH TO PREPARE BUT DATES OF EXAMINATION ARE DIFFICULT TO GET.
