Correct answer is not the main criteria for assessment. In IELTS the assesment is the usage of English knowledge is the criteria for assessment. In Speaking, assesment is on Fluency, Lexical resouce, Grammar usage and Coherence and Cohesion is assessed for giving scores.

I am having problem with the listening section in IELTS. My specific problem is with last part of listening section where the pace of information is high and you have to understand it all to answer questions 31 -40 .

You can definitely focus on the keywords or connecting words in the question and try focussing on the words being spoken during the listening test. This will enhance the probability of you spotting the right answer against the noted keywords.
